U.S. and Worldwide Shipping & Handling

Crunk Live, LLC Online direct ships to all 50 United States via Fed Ex.
Customers in California will incur a 9.00% sales tax. Alaska and Hawaii are always shipped via Fedex. Shipping is always Complimentary . A tracking number will be emailed to buyer once order is shipped.

Please note that Fed Ex does not deliver to APO addresses or PO boxes. All APO addresses and PO boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders are processed within 1-2 days of the order date (Monday through Friday. Orders shipped via USPS Ground should arrive in 7-14 days from the order date. Orders shipped via USPS 2nd Day Air should arrive in 3-5 days from the order date.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping and Handling

International orders are shipped via Fedex expedited international. Shipping is always Complimentary.
A Fedex tracking number will be provided via email directly from Crunk Live, LLC Shipping Department once order is shipped. All shipments will NOT include a surcharge for customs and brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for all duty and brokerage fees that may occur.  Please note that FedEx does not ship to APO or PO boxes.

INTERNATIONAL Exchange Shipping

Customer is responsible for the cost of both exchange and replacement shipping.  It is also mandatory for customer to provide tracking for the package via email at info@crunklive.com

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Crunk Live online purchase, return it to us within 7 days from the date you receive the shipment. Include the original receipt and reason for exchanging. If a product is defective we will exchange the item. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Please note that we do not refund items but will gladly exchange the item for an item of equal price.
